There is no risk to you! In the unlikely event that you invest in one of our interactive learning programs and do not pass the exam, simply return the product and send us a copy of the failure notice by using our form below within 5-business days of receiving your score for a no hassle refund (minus shipping and handling, if applicable).
Refund request must be made within 5 days of you receiving your official exam transcript. A copy of that transcript must be included in your request (PDF or scanned copy). Refund requests must also be made during your subscription time period.

Note: You do not have to apply for a refund if you have failed an exam attempt if you are planning on attempting your exam again.  Please contact us to discuss your options. We want you to pass your exam, as we are sure that you want to.
